trouble 表「問題、麻煩」等，用法如下：
a. have trouble + V-ing （從事）……有困難
difficulty
problems
a hard time
例 We have trouble to communicate with that stubborn guy. (X)
→ We have trouble communicating with that stubborn guy. (O)
(我們跟那個固執的傢伙溝通有困難。)
例 I was surprised when Joe said he had difficulty to work with me. (X)
→ I was surprised when Joe said he had difficulty working with me. (O)
(當喬說他很難跟我共事時，令我驚訝。)
例 Most Japanese have problems to pronounce English words ending with I. (X)
→ Most Japanese have problems pronouncing English words ending with I. (O)
(許多日本人很難發用I結尾的單詞發音。)
例 I’ve had a hard time to sleep recently. (X)
→ I’ve had a hard time sleeping recently. (O) (最近我一直很難入睡。)
b. have trouble with + 名詞
